Deposit
A deposit of £50 is to be paid with the original booking. This will be returned providing no additional cleaning costs are incurred and the letting has not run over time.
Additional charges
Additional charges may be applied for the use of equipment at the Headteacher’s discretion.
VAT
VAT will be applied only on single lets of sports or physical recreation facilities.
Licenses
It is the responsibility of the Hirer to ensure that appropriate licenses for events have been secured.
Emergencies
The caretaker may not be on site during the lettings. In the event of an emergency, the emergency services may be contacted using the telephone in the corridor by the main entrance. It would also be helpful if a call could be made to the local authority (9-01384 818182 or 9-01384 812040) to advise them – if it is safe to do so. NB to access an outside line dial 9 first
