On this page we are posting different things our children have done. This includes a Remembrance Day planting of poppies, photos from a Year 6 Residential trip and links to renovations we have had done to the school over the years.

11th November 2019

Ham Dingle pupils 'windmill poppy' installation symbolises the fallen in conflicts around the world amongst the fallen leaves. The symbolism of the fallen leaves blowing in the wind representing those souls for whom there is no known resting place and the poppies for those with a marked grave. Purple petals representing the many animals who also lost their lives in conflict zones.


Year 6 pupils also took part in the Remembrance at Mary Sevens Park at 11am on 11th November. They laid a cross of poppy flowers with individual messages written by the children.

Ham Dingle remembers them all.
